From Houston:
Take I-10 to San Antonio.
Highway 90 runs in conjunction with I-10 in downtown San Antonio.
From downtown San Antonio, take Hwy 90 West for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
(You will go through Castroville, Hondo, and D'Hanis.)
When you get to Sabinal, you will turn right at the only red light in town (FM127) and follow it for 20 miles to Concan.
You will come to US HWy 83 just past Concan.
Take a right onto US Hwy 83 (heading North), you will go about 22 miles, passing Garner State park and through Leakey, Texas.
We are located 3 miles north of Leakey on Hwy 83.
From South San Antonio:
Take Hwy 90 West and follow the directions for Houston (top of the page)
From North San Antonio:
Get onto I-10 Westbound.
Take the 'Mountain Home' exit and turn left at the stop sign onto Highway 41.
Follow 41 for about 25 miles to Highway 83 (there is a small store / gas station at this intersection).
Turn left onto Highway 83. Continue on 83 for about 24 miles.
You will pass Highway 39. We are 3 miles north of Leakey on Hwy. 83.
From Dallas, Ft. Worth:
Take I-35 south, all the way through Austin to 71/290W (on the south side of Austin).
Exit onto 290 Westbound.
Follow 290 westbound to Fredericksburg.
Approximately 29 miles past Fredericksburg, turn left onto Highway 479 and go approximately 8 miles to I-10.
Turn right onto I-10. You will be on I-10 for only 1 mile.
Take the 'Mountain Home' exit and turn left at the stop sign onto Highway 41.
Follow 41 for about 25 miles to Highway 83 (there is a small store / gas station at this intersection).
Turn left onto Highway 83. Continue on 83 for about 24 miles.
You will pass Highway 39. We are 3 miles north of Leakey on Hwy. 83.
From Austin:
Take 620 south to 71. Turn right onto 71 (towards Fredericksburg).
Follow 71 to 281, turn left onto 281 towards Johnson City.
In Johnson City, turn right onto 290 Westbound.
Follow 290 westbound to Fredericksburg.
